RETURN BY POST
Log in to your account and select ‘Request a return’ from the ‘My Orders’ section. Click the order number containing the items you want to return and follow the ‘Request return’ link next to the order number.

Please select the items you wish to send back to us with a reason for each. Once you click the ‘Request return’ button you will be given a unique Returns Authorisation Number. Write this number along with your name and address in the areas provided on the returns label.

When returning an order please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be refunded onto the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team on +44(0) 207 226 2323 with your order number, postcode and new card details. You can call Customer Services between 9am and 6pm (UK time), Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). For security reasons, we cannot accept this information via email.
Please note Returns cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number. You will be unable to get a Returns Authorisation Code from the web if your order has been received more than 14 days before. If you experience any difficulties with the online returns process please contact us at info@noaddedsugar.com.
RETURNING SWIMWEAR
Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.  Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example ‘buy one get one free’) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

RETURNING FAULTY GOODS
If your item is faulty please contact customer services on +44 (0) 207 226 2323.

7 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day of receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of tailor-made / customised products). Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

REFUNDING THE DELIVERY CHARGE

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are cancelling your purchase within the seven day cooling off period.

Full details of the returns procedure will also be sent to you with your order.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.

International Returns

Terms and Conditions of returns

Returning any item from this catalogue within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods no added sugar will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to no added sugar in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
