Returns & Exchanges
Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST). 1-800-828-2875 or 330-364-6519. Do not send any items prior to making any arrangements with our shipping dept. department. We need to provide you with a RMA Return # and make notes in our system to be expecting your package. If you do not contact us prior to sending something back, we may refuse the shipment and/or refuse the exchange/return to you.

 Product Guarantee

 It’s our goal to be sure you are satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied with item(s) received from Adventure Harley-Davidson® we refund or exchange any merchandise within 30 days from purchase date. Any new unopened items returned up to 30 days will receive 100% credit for the item returned. Provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and have not been worn or used in any way. All clothing items must have all tags on them to return. Any make-up or stained clothing is not returnable.

 Returns after 30 days and damaged packaging receive 75% credit. Installed Parts or after 60 days are not returnable.

 We may refuse a return, offer a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
NO RETURNS on Electrical Parts, Batteries, Videos, Books, Food, Helmets, Open Gasket Sets, Painted Parts Undergarments, Earrings & Body Jewelry, Closeout/Sale items.
All returns are up to a manager’s discretion.

 We will do a UNIQUE order for you on any item from any vendor. UNIQUE orders are not returnable. UNIQUE orders include but are not limited to sized jewelry like rings, painted parts, etc.

 Return Shipping Charges are the Customers Responsibility. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
 NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice.

No C.O.D. will be accepted
Don’t send any item(s) C.O.D. All C.O.D’s will be declined.
