We will deliver your order to the address you request at checkout when placing your order. You can select to have your order sent either to your home address, work or a friend’s address. Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery to pack stations or locker boxes for deliveries outside of the UK. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you, however stock permitting, all orders placed online are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days from when the order was placed. For orders outside of the UK we aim for these to be delivered within 10 working days of the order placed. Please note that during Sale and promotions, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased demand.


Orders will be despatched within 2 working days and goods should be delivered within 3 working days of despatch. UK Standard Delivery is currently FREE irrespective of the number of items ordered.

If your order is placed between Sunday 12:00pm and Thursday 12.00pm, your order will be despatched within 24 hours (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 12.00pm Thursday onwards will be despatched on Monday. Express delivery is not available in some remote areas of the UK, Northern Ireland or Isle of Man, and is available on UK deliveries only. Express Delivery cost is £5.00.

Orders will be despatched within 2 working days. We aim to deliver within 10 working days of your order being placed if ordering for delivery to; EIRE, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain. European delivery outside of the UK cost is £10.

Orders will be despatched within 2 working days. We aim to deliver into RAF Northolt within 10 working days of your order being placed.


We want you to be completely happy with your Alexon purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the items to Alexon Distribution Center for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that:

  • The products are returned complete
  • Are in perfect condition and unused
  • And with the original packaging within 14 days of your order being placed.
  • Items must always be returned in original condition
  • We cannot accept the return of items where there is evidence that the following instructions have not been followed:

    Clothing: When trying on clothing please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
    Jewellery: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches; store in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Do not use force.


When returning items please follow these instructions

  • In the Returns section on your Delivery Note, tick the Refund Box.
  • Write the address on the front of the parcel.
  • Take the labelled parcel to your nearest Post Office and pay the appropriate postage back to the UK.
  • We strongly recommend that you send your return by a ‘signed for on delivery’ postal method.
  • The parcel remains the customers’ responsibility until it reaches us. Customers will receive an email confirming receipt of their parcel once it has been accepted back into our warehouse.
  • And with the original packaging within 14 days of your order being placed and 7days of the parcel being received
  • Please allow up to 7 days upon receipt of the parcel into our Warehouse for your return to be processed and your money refunded.
  • Returns postage will only be refunded if the product is faulty.
Please note, products cannot be exchanged or refunded at our concessions or stores. If you do not have the address label then please return the parcel to:
