Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they are received. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please follow the procedure below.
Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number by CLICKING HERE or calling 1-855-4-AMRITA.
Please include:
- the item or items being returned
- a brief reason for the return
- your sales receipt number
- the email address used to make the purchase
When your Return Authorization # clears, it will be e-mailed to you. Returns must be received within 15 days of Return Authorization generation. We cannot guarantee refund outside of this timeframe. Please print out the attached Return Authorization Form and include it in the package with returned items. Thanks!
Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable.
For orders that are not placed on AmritaSingh.com, such as reshipment orders or international orders with special instructions, the shipping charges may be different from the shipping charges on normal sales orders. In these cases, your customer service representative will make the shipping cost known to you at the time that the order is placed.
