Antennas Directs Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the antenna within 90 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please note the item price and applicable taxes will be refunded. Shipping will not be refunded unless an error occurred on Antennas Directs part or the merchandise is deemed defective.
Special-order, closeout or discontinued items are non-returnable.
Returns will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply:
· The product is missing parts or has been damaged due to improper use or installation.
· The product is not returned with all hardware, manuals, and accessories.
· The product has been damaged or modified from its original form in a manner not consistent with typical use.
· No refunds will be given after ninety (90) days from date of invoice.
· No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA#) number.
All returns must be in their original unaltered packaging. Please DO NOT write on the packaging.
Return Procedure
Please contact us about items you would like to return. Include your name, order number and approximate date of purchase for faster service. You will be emailed detailed instructions to follow. Please note shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a result of a shipping error on Antennas Directs part.
