At Antler we understand that having placed an order it is important that you receive your goods when you expect them.

Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our fulfilment network) may delay your orders.

We use a network of couriers who deliver to UK Mainland domestic or business addresses within 3 working daysbetween 8am and 6pm. This service is FREE on orders over £20 to mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland or Eire. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any defective or unused items will be collected and refunded in full. We will only accept return of goods within 28 days from date of delivery. All items for return must be in their original packaging and be available for collection Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
