At Apparel Zoo, our top priority is to provide the best possible service. We stand behind our products 100% and offer a full 14 Day Return Policy, valid on most items. Please read below to see which item(s) qualify.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s), in new, unworn condition, within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. We will not accept returns after this amount of time.
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR UNDERGARMENTS, SWIMWEAR, HATS AND ACCESSORIES (including handbags & jewelry, toys, watches, skate decks, belts & wallets) ARE ACCEPTED. If you do not receive a Return Form with your purchase, the item is not eligible to return/exchange unless the item was shipped wrong or a manufacturer defect. We are not obligated to hold exchange items prior to receiving your package for return. The item must be in stock at the time of arrival in order to qualify for an exchange. We will contact you to ask if you would like another item or refund for the Return order.
To return an item, follow our three step process:
1. Fill Out The Return Form: This form is included with every order and must be filled out completely and packaged to ensure a speedy return.
2. Package Your Return: Include the original tags and original packaging. If the original tags and/or the original packaging are not returned you will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee. You will be charged a 50% Restocking Fee if the item arrives back to us broke or non-resellable (broken zipper, missing buttons, tears, odor, pet hair or stains).
3. Ship Your Package: Apparel Zoo is not responsible for poorly packaged returns. Apparel Zoo is not liable for lost or damaged returned shipments. You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. **Returns that do not have a return Form, will take longer to process.
Please allow up to 5 days from the date your return is delivered to us (International up to 6 weeks) and the Final Value Fee is credited back to our account for the refund to be issued. Refunds may take up to 72 hours depending on PayPal. If you haven’t received your refund after it was issued by us, please contact PayPal.
