Furthermore, we want you to feel proud what you get from us, but if you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us as per our return & exchange policy. However, we do not facilitate exchange at the moment; you can simply return your merchandise for refund and place a new order for shipment. Although our errors are very low but if that happens then we’ll take care of replacement or return at no cost to you!

If you are not satisfied in any way, you may return your items within 21 days of receiving them for either an exchange or refund*.Close out items cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Close out items will be marked clearly on product detail page. Return Authorization (RA) is required to return or exchange any of eligible items purchased at ApparelnBags.com.

Intimates Return Policy: By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please review size chart and compare with your existing intimates.
Embellished Merchandise Return Policy: Merchandise embellished with Screen Print, Embroidery or any other method can not be returned. At apparelnbags.com, we put you incharge at every stage to approve artwork and customization location during embellishment process. Once embellished, we may not have a way to revert/fix the artwork. Please pay attention to details as we wont be able to return/refund for merchandise or embellishment services unless we find we did not produced to approved artwork/color selection.
Return Procedure:
1. To get return authorization simply call or email us at sales@apparelnbags.com
2. We send out the RA number and return instructions through email the next business day. Acquire and Print shipping label from company of your choice (we strongly recommend UPS or other service that offer tracking facility)
3. Prepare the package with full or partial order you want to return and put the RA inside the package.
4. Attach the return label on the package. (label will be provided if return is caused by a mistake or incorrect shipment)
5.Ship the package through any service. Once the package is received by our warehouse, credit will be applied to the credit card you used for purchase.
