For over 100 years, customer satisfaction has been a #1 priority at Avon. We stand behind every product we offer. We’ll gladly give you a full refund with your return within 90 days. After 90 days, returned products will not be refunded. Please note that items marked Final Sale on the website cannot be returned.
If your return is due to an Avon error we will refund your return shipping. At this time we are unable to offer exchanges or issue merchandise credits. Free gifts may not be returned for exchange or credit.

Option 1 – Easy Return with Prepaid Return Label
Print out and place the Prepaid Return Label on your package drop your package off at a UPS location near you.
The cost of return shipping, $5.95, will be deducted from your refund.
If available include a copy of your original packing slip in the box. Once shipped, please allow 7 – 10 business days for your return to reach us. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after receipt of your returned merchandise and paperwork. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit amount to appear on your monthly statement of your payment method.

Option 2 – Pay Postage at Time of Shipping
Please follow the simple directions on the back of your packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include the full name and address of the person who placed the order. If available also include the date of order and email address.
Pack up your item(s) and select a carrier of your choice. Pay the return postage at the time of shipping and ship to the following address:
