Bargain Crazy Return Policy
Over the Christmas period we have extended our usual 28 daysHome Approval Period until 31st January for all orders.
Products must still be returned unused and in original packaging, with labelsattached where appropriate.
To return items simply affix the return sticker to the parcelwhich is being returned, enclose all items to be returned, and post to usbefore 31st January.
If you would like an exchangefor your product or a different size please put these details into the notessection on the returns form. If we do have stock, we will send this by return.If no stock is available, we will refund you returned items to your originalmethod of payment.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your returned goods butusually much sooner.
We know that occasionally you may want to return an item so below are instructions on how to do so.
Home Approval Period – unused, unwanted purchases may be returned within 28 days of receipt.
Simply complete the returns form that came with your goods including the reasons why you are returning the product(s) to us. Please put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you include the returns form then post the parcel to us within 28 days.

Standard Collection only £1.99
We now offer a service of collecting your returned items for just £1.99 via Yodel. This covers all items apart from those which require a two man delivery (large TV’s, furniture etc) in which case the fee is £19.95.
To arrange to have your order collected simply give our customer services team a call on 0344 811 8114 (Mon-Thurs 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm). Payment will be taken over the phone and you can choose the collection day, unfortunately we are unable to specify a time. If you are unable to be in for the collection please consider one of the options below.
Returning by Post
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return.

You can now use Collect+ to return parcels to Littlewoods Clearance for only £3.99!
This service can be used for parcels weighing up to 10kgs and includes online tracking and up to £40 insurance.
Collect+ is a convenient new way to return parcels via neighbourhood stores. There are over 4500 Collect+ stores and most are open from early in the morning until late, 7 days a week. Collect+ is backed by PayPoint, the UK’s largest payment network, and Home Delivery Network, who deliver over 300,000 parcels every day.

Please note, you must purchase a returns label before taking your parcel into a Collect+ store. Collect+ will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a Littlewoods Clearance returns label.
Note: on the Collect+ website, you must search for/click on the Bargain Crazy brand NOT Littlewoods, which is a different company and if selected, your return will not be successful.
Your Right To Cancel Your Order under Distance Selling Regulations
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt. However this right does not apply to personalised products, perishable goods and recordable devices (including laptops, cameras, mobile phones) and computer software which has been opened. if you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days, starting the day after you received the goods. You must also take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us or make them available for collection. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way, or to an extent, beyond what would be reasonable when examining them in a shop before purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us if you cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Disposal of Waste Electrical Products
Each country in the EU is now required to minimise the disposal of unsorted waste electrical products and to achieve a high level of collection, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of such. We have contributed to a national fund to help local authorities upgrade their waste collection facilities. You can contribute too by taking any waste electrical products to your nearest participating site. To find your nearest site, please visit http://www.recycle-more.co.uk. It is important that any hazardous substances, contained in waste electrical products, are disposed of effectively to avoid danger to human health and damage to the environment. All new electrical products now carry a crossed out wheeled bin symbol indicating that, at the end of their life, they should be disposed of at an appropriate collection facility.
Disposal of Waste Batteries
We offer a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. Simply return your waste batteries to any Littlewoods Clearance store. To find your nearest store go to www.littlewoodsclearance.co.uk/stores.html. Please do not post any batteries. Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com. Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will also have collection bins for used batteries.
