In accordance with the distance selling regulations from the Office of Fair Trading, we offer a no quibble refund policy, provided goods are received by us within 28 calendar days of your order date (see invoice for details).

If you would like an exchange, the replacement item(s) will be sent to you free of charge for the first exchange only.

If your order originally qualified for free postage and you return part of that order, for a refund, your card will be refunded the cost of the returned item(s) minus any delivery costs that you would have originally incurred should your remaining order value fall below our free postage threshold.

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on underwear.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Base Fashion does not take responsibility for returned items lost in transit, with no proof of postage. For this reason, ensure you retain the receipt you will have received from your local Post Office.

Our website returns policy applies to purchases made on-line only. Any items purchased in-store must be dealt with by the store.
