BBC MK Return Policy
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition (including box) within 21 days of the date you received it and we will exchange it or issue a full refund for the item.
If you are returning a product due to an error on the part of BBC MK or because it is faulty, please contact us in advance. Goods must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received by you within 21 days of receipt of the goods. We will not accept goods if they are damaged, well worn or dirty. So please make sure that you wear your shoes on a clean, dry, indoor surface before returning them. There are a number of exceptions in the product(s) that we will exchange or refund. Please refer to Clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions to find out what they are.
Please send a completed Returns Form with the goods you are returning to the following address detailing the reason for return and if necessary a replacement size needed:

Please note that you will be liable for the return postage, unless goods are delivered to you with a manufacturing fault. In this case BBC MK will reimburse up to £5 postage to you on any unworn item that is found to be faulty.
We recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package.
Please do not deface or damage the box in any way. We understand that the box may be dented in the post, but please do not tape up the box or stick labels on it.
To return your purchase, place the Product and your completed Returns Form back in the box it was delivered in. Place the box inside the shipping bag you received it in, seal up the bag and attach fresh postage labels.
If you no longer have the plastic shipping bag your purchase was received in, we suggest using suitable packaging that does not deface the box or its contents.
BBC MK reserves the right to impose a £15 charge if the box is returned to us in a condition that we deem is unacceptable for re-sale.
