Bcbg Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We are happy to accept returns made in-store or online to their respective place of purchase, in accordance with the policies outlined below.
Items must be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of shipment date for online orders. All in-store orders must be returned in stores; all online orders must be returned by mail to our warehouse. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the originating store and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return.
IN-STORE RETURNS
We gladly accept returns on full-price items purchased at BCBGMAXAZRIA stores within 30 days of original purchase date, and from BCBGMAXAZRIA Factory Stores within 14 days of original purchase date. All items must be unworn, unused, have original tags attached, and be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return.
ONLINE RETURNS
Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective full-price merchandise ordered from bcbg.com according to the below policies:
- BCBGMAXAZRIA merchandise must be received within 30 days of shipment date.
- Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original shoe box, swimwear must be returned with the original sanitary lining and packaging intact.
- All sale merchandise is final sale and is not returnable.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the return slip or packing slip.
- Merchandise marked Final Sale on bcbg.com is not returnable.
- Refunds for merchandise, including items received as gifts, will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment for the price paid less the original shipping charges and, if applicable, pre-paid return shipping charges.
- Refunds will post to the customer’s account within approximately 7 days of return processing date. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on a monthly statement.
- Price adjustments may be made within 10 days of shipment date.
- Merchandise purchased in BCBGMAXAZRIA and BCBGMAXAZRIA Factory stores or from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the originating store and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We cannot process store–bought returns at our warehouse.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – DOMESTIC ORDERS
For easy returns through bcbg.com, click here. You will be prompted to provide your order number and billing zip code, select items from your order for return, and select a reason for your return. Your feedback helps us improve your experience shopping with bcbg.com.
Once applicable item(s) and reason for return have been provided, you will be able to generate a pre-paid return shipping label for a fee of $5.00 per label, to be deducted from your total refund. If you wish to return items from multiple orders, you will need to repeat this process for each order number.
Securely package the items you wish to return, along with return slip(s) and original packing materials, and affix the pre-paid shipping label on the package (cover up any old labels or UPC codes) and drop it off at your nearest UPS location.
You can also send the item(s) back to us using any other trackable method, at your expense. If you choose this option, please contact our Customer Service by phone at 1-877-707-2224. Please note we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries or hand-delivered returns, and are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Please comply with the above return and exchange policy or your request for return may be rejected and your package sent back to you.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you choose to return an item, our international shipping partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original price paid in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order less the costs of return including shipping, taxes and duties.
