How do I return an item?

Items purchased from may be returned within 30 days after they have been delivered to you. Items must be in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact Customer Service, via our Contact Us page to return an unused and unopened item.

Warranty Information:
Our products carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase. If you would like a refund for a
defective item, please send the item, a letter of explanation and a legible copy of the store receipt to:
