UK Delivery

We aim to process and despatch orders within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday. We will dispatch to a different shipping address but will carry out additional checks, where we deem it necessary to protect both ourselves and our customers. We have a variety of UK delivery services:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48
    Free on all orders.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24
    Free on all orders over the value of £50
  • Collect +
    Free on all orders. Delivered to a local participating retailer, learn more here. The service is not currently available on Amazon Checkout orders, or on any Lotus, Naturalizer and Posh Wellies products.
  • DPD (Named Day)
    Free on all orders over the value of £50 and on all Lotus, Naturalizer and Posh Wellies products. Requires a Signature
  • Royal Mail Guaranteed by 9am
    Available for £12.95. Order by 12pm for next working day delivery. Requires a Signature
  • Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm
    Available for £4.95. Order by 3pm for next working day delivery. Requires a Signature

International Delivery

The exact delivery service used for your order will be chosen by location. We will usually use Royal Mail services which will usually be transferred to the national carrier upon arrival in the delivery country. In some cases we may use Parcelforce services. We may also split orders of multiple products into separate parcels. International delivery charges vary by location

    • Europe
      Available for £7.99 (Royal Mail Tracked / Tracked and Signed)
    • Rest of World
      Available for £9.99 (Royal Mail Signed or DPD Air Classic). Specific country information:

      • Russia- Delivery times to the Russian Federation are on average of 3-5 weeks. Please provide your address in English characters and include a telephone number.
      • China- Delivery times to the People’s Republic of China are on average of 2-3 weeks. Please provide your address in English characters and include a telephone number.
      • Israel- We are currently trailing the use of Royal Mail’s International Signed service. This is because of the significant delays and the occasional loss of parcels. We don’t believe that this is currently an issue with the service but by selecting this courier, you confirm that you are aware of these problems. We currently only have this courier available as a delivery method but if you would prefer for us to use Parcelforce (prices starting at £39.99) please contact us.

Returns

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to return an item so we’ve made it as easy as possible for you. You have 30 days from receiving your goods to return them to us. There’s no need to request a return or contact us before making a return unless the item you have received was faulty on receipt.

We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving them. Refunds will be processed back onto the account originally credited. You will be notified by email when your refund has been initiated. From this point, please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to show back in your account. Please follow the steps below and if you have any queries please contact us here.

  1. Complete the returns form enclosed with your purchase. Make sure you tick the refund box or exchange section as required. If you have misplaced your returns for you can download one here (make sure you include your order number on this one, if you can’t find it please contact us). Please note that the quickest way to exchange your order is to place a new order on our website and return the original item for a refund.
  2. Package the item(s) together with the returns form in the resealable bag which your order was delivered in. If you have lost or damaged this bag you can use a similar mailing bag to protect the product(s).
  3. Send us your return. UK returns can be sent Royal Mail or Collect+. UK pre-paid returns should usually arrive with us within 3-4 working days. International postage times vary.
    • Royal Mail: Detach the pre-paid label from the bottom of your invoice (reverse of this form), attach to your parcel and take to your local Post Office.
    • Collect+: Detach the Collect+ label from the leaflet that was enclosed with your order, attach to your parcel and take to any participating store. If you misplace or damage your Collect+ returns label one can be found on the Collect+ website.
    • International: Send to- Bells Shoes, Unit 15A-C Dew Pond Lane, Tongue Lane Industrial Estate, Buxton, SK17 7LF, UK (or use the peelable label on the reverse of this form). Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. If you require an exchange, this pair will then be sent out free of charge.
    • Return to our store: We can accept all exchanges/refunds at our Bells Shoes store in Buxton, Derbyshire.
  4. Ensure you obtain and keep proof of postage in a safe place until your requested action is processed.
