We know you’ll love your bem wireless product… and we’re so confident that we’ll give you 60 days to make sure it is the perfect fit.

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all products purchased by consumers directly from bemwireless.com (USA Online Store Only).  We want you to be thrilled, so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 60-days for a full refund. Please follow instructions below for returning your product.

Please Note:

  • When the product is received in good condition, we will refund your full purchase price including tax. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
  • Restocking fees may apply for products that are not returned with all original components and packaging.
  • Products will be evaluated for return depending on receipt in good working condition with no outstanding exterior cosmetic damage.
  • Return postage is to be paid by customer.

 

Returning a product

If you purchased a product on bemwireless.com and feel that it just isn’t right for you:

  1. Call 855-839-8616 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number helps us quickly track the status of your return
  2. Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, mention this to the customer service representative when you call
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
  4. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments. Ship the package to:

  1. When we receive your return, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.

Note: Please be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.

Returning or exchanging a holiday gift

If you receive a holiday gift purchased directly from bem-wireless between November 1 and December 31, you have until the following January 31 to return or exchange it. Please follow the instructions above.

 

Returning a unit purchased from retailer

If you purchased our product from a retailer and are experiencing a factory defect within the warranty period, please follow the steps above.  Once we receive the defective unit, we will repair or replace the unit for you.  Please note that we will always try to send out same color / model unit as returned as long as available stock permits.  On occasion we may have to substitute color / model with available stock.
