If you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased through Berrydog.com you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return it to us for an Exchange. All items must be returned to us in their original condition, hang tags connected, hygienic liner in place, not worn, washed or stained.  PLEASE NOTE: For hygienic reasons G-string, Tonga & Thong bikini bottoms can not be returned or exchanged. Only the top on this bikini can be exchanged if there is a sizing issue. If there is a sizing issue with the bottoms we can accommodate you by selling a thong bottom to you separately at cost.

This exchange policy applies to products purchased directly on the Berrydog.com website. If you have purchased a Berrydog product on another website or through another vendor you must contact them since the purchase was made with them.

If you made a puchase directly through Berrydog.com you may return any item or items that you purchased for an item or items of equall value. If you would like to exchange for an item or items of greater value we can charge the difference to your credit card or you can send us a personal check along with the item/s that you are returning.

Exchanges are subject to a reshipping fee of $5.00 domestic and $13-$15 for International.

Exchange Instructions:

1) E-mail our customer-service department to request an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN). The e-mail address is: service@berrydog.com. In your e-mail please state your order number (found on your invoice), the item/s you are returning and the reason why (i.e. did not like, damage etc.). We will then e-mail you back with your Exchange Authorization Number as well as instructions on where/how you should ship back the item/s you are returning.

2) Unauthorized items returned to us without an EAN will be returned back to the sender at our discretion. We customers to obtain an EAN and follow the guidelines and instructions we provide to you for the return of the items to ensure quick efficient and timely processing of your return and exchanges.

4) When we receive the items we will ship the exchange items. Please allow 10-14 for delivery of the new items. Please remember to include notes on what items we should send you for your exchange. Include the size, color, fabric, and style number.

We do not accept returns for refunds.

As was indicated earlier we only allow exchanges amd we do not accept returns for refunds.
