Your customer experience is our top priority. We want you to feel beautiful no matter what the purchase. From the moment we receive your order to the moment we ship it, we promise to care for your items and get them to you as soon as we can. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the items, we encourage you to use the Exchange Form found in your package and send them back for an exchange, store credit or a refund. Please indicate on the Exchange Form if you want a store credit, exchange, or refund. If no indication is made, you will receive store credit. When your return is received by us, we will send an email to the address where the order confirmation was sent.

Refunds

  • Combined orders up to $150 or up to 3 items per customer per year (see exception rules below) without a service charge. All other items returned will be granted store credit or exchange. Any refund greater than $150 (per customer per year) is at the sole discretion of Big Girls Bras and will be assessed a 15% service charge.
  • Orders must be post-marked for return within 15 Days of invoice date, paid by credit card or debit card, and comply with our return policy criteria stated below

*Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process your refund, and credit your charge card. The credit will be issued to your original method of payment, less the shipping & handling charges. For credits issued to credit cards, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is a service. Shipping charges are non-refundable and credit is not granted for shipping charges, except as stated below and at the sole discretion of Big Girls Bras.

If we make a mistake, we will make it right. In the rare event that we send you the wrong product or defective merchandise, please contact customer service at 954-484-2701 immediately. We will exchange your product or refund the purchase price. In these circumstances we will refund the shipping costs. We will use your order confirmation that you receive by email, so in order to avoid mistakes please check the items in your cart are actually the ones you intend to order. If you do not receive this email, we are emailed a copy of it and will use that as the determination. Please call us with 24 hours if you do not receive your email confirmation or if you see a mistake on the order (example wrong size was ordered).

General Return Criteria and Refund Exceptions:

  • Important Refund Exception Rule: 2 or more of a kind exception for refunds. If you purchase 2 or more of the same style and size, only 1 of those items is eligible for a refund if returned. All other items matching the same style and size returned are only eligible for store credit or exchange to a different size. Any deviations from this rule are at the sole discretion of Big Girls Bras and will be assessed a 15% service charge.
  • Returns for store credit or exchange must be received within 60 days of the invoice (shipping) date. Transit times will vary based on your location, so please allow at least 10 days for the item to reach us.
  • Returns for refund must be postmarked for return within 15 days of the invoice (shipping) date. Transit times will vary based on your location, so please allow at least 10 days for the item to reach us.
  • Returns must be in new condition: unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached, and without stains, deodorants, or perfume. Please avoid wearing scented perfumes or deodorants when trying on products as these scents may make the products non-returnable. We also recommend trying on your new panties over your clean underwear. And take care that your makeup does not leave any marks on the products.
  • We are not able to accept returns that are damaged in the washer or dryer, or show signs of wear. To avoid damage, please read and abide by any and all garment care labels.
  • If you are returning swimwear, the protective liner in the crotch must be in place. We cannot accept swimwear returns or exchanges without it.
  • Returns must be in the original packaging, and with all labels and tags attached. We cannot accept returns if the tags are removed.
  • We cannot accept returns that are damaged by the carrier because of improper packaging. If your order comes in a box to protect it during shipping, use the same box or something comparable to send it back to us. To be on the safe side, we highly recommend insuring your shipment. You are responsible for the return postage. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • In the event that you need to return merchandise, please check the invoice included with your order. The return address will be printed on the invoice. To ensure your return is processed quickly, it is important that the item you wish to return is returned to the appropriate return address as indicated below.

Important: If you are keeping the item, please read and follow the cleaning instructions on the garment’s tag. Once the tag is removed or an item is washed, you may not return it. If you alter the garment in any way, you may not return it. Improper washing and or drying (for example machine washing garments that should be hand washed only) may seriously damage your new clothing.
