HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:

1. Enter the Order Number in the space provided.

2. Enter the reason for the return of the item(s). Refer to the “Reason” list.

3. Enter the product name, quantity and price of the item(s) you wish to return in the appropriate spaces.

4. Please indicate if you would like store credit or exchange and include any comments required to process your return. . Store credit will be processed if the product is unavailable. Enter contact phone number where we can reach you if we have questions about your return or exchange.

5. Print your name in the space provided on the form.

6. Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Items received damaged, unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored. Include the completed Return Authorization Form. You must include a return address. Packages received with no return address can not be processed.

7. Send your return package back to Bodyjewelry.com via the Post Office, USPS or other service. We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Delivery and shipping charges are not refunded.
