Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times for in stock items:

(Shipping within the US only)

$15  for Standard Ground Delivery  (in stock items: 5-7 business days)

$25  for Second Day Delivery  (in stock items: 2 business days if ordered by 12pm EST)

$30  for Next Day Delivery  (in stock items: next business day if ordered by 12pm EST)

$35  for Saturday Delivery  (in stock items: Saturday if ordered by Friday, 12pm EST)

 

Please note: Signature may be required if your billing address is different from your shipping address. We do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO, or P.O. addresses at this time.

 

Pre-Orders and Multiple Items Order

Exclusive Pre-Order items will be shipped based on indicated “ships by” date. Merchandise may be shipped separately due to availability. S&P charges will only be charged once per order.

 

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

For Standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Additional charge of $10 to standard S&P.

 

International Shipments

Shipments outside of the United States are not possible at this time.

 

Delivery Delays

Please note, delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location, credit approval, address verification and order processing. Delivery times may also vary due to weather conditions.

 

Shipment Tracking

After your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the UPS tracking number. To track your shipment, go to www.ups.com and follow the “Trace and Track” option.

 

Shipping and Processing (S&P) Charges

Shipping and processing charges are not refundable and are subject to change without notice.

 

Additional Ship-to Addresses

Multiple ship-to-addresses cannot be serviced within one order at this time. This is subject to change without notice.

 

Gift Packaging

Gift Packaging Options are not available at this time. This is subject to change without notice.

 

 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your Bogner Online purchase, we will accept all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date for exchange or refund. This also includes all sale items unless indicated differently.

Defective merchandise does not include damages due to natural wear, improper usage, or improper care. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by the return and exchange form indicating the reason for your return. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable and please note that your refund will be reduced by $8 if you are using our prepaid return label. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Bogner Online does not accept returns from outside of the United States. If merchandise is returned from outside of the U.S., customs and duty fees will be charged.

Holiday Returns & Exchanges

Buy your gifts and other items this holiday with the peace-of-mind of easy returns. All purchases made throughout November and December can be returned through January 10, 2015.

Purchases made between Nov.1 – Dec. 31, 2014 have an extended return period through January 10, 2015. All other terms and conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy may apply.

Full-price merchandise:

–          If returned within 14 days of the delivery date and accompanied by the return form, the full amount will be credited to the original form of payment.

–          If returned after 14 days of the delivery date and accompanied by the return form, the full merchandise amount will be credited but you may incur an

additional re-stocking fee.

 

Sale-price merchandise:

–          If returned within 14 days of the delivery date and accompanied by the return form, the full amount will be credited to the original form of payment.

–          After 14 days, sale-price merchandise is not eligible for return or credit.

–          This applies to all final-sale items as well

 

All items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Merchandise that is older than 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.

 

Cost of Returns

All shipment costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. However, for your convenience and cost savings, we recommend using our $8 flat fee UPS return label to send it back to:

From contiguous 48 states only, place the label on your return package and ship it via UPS. Please note your refund will be reduced by $8. To trace your shipment, go to www.ups.com and follow the “Trace and Track” option.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for like items of the same value only. The exchanged item (s) will be shipped via standard delivery 5 – 7 business days for no extra charge. At this time we are unable to process exchanges for items of different value.  This may change without notice.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments will be accepted if item(s) of same style, color and size is still available on the website and within 10 days from the ship date only. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment.

 

Online Purchase Returns

Bogner Web site purchases may only be returned/ exchanged to the prior listed return address. No returns / exchanges for Bogner Web site purchases will be accepted at any of our Bogner Franchise Stores or business affiliates.

 

Store Purchase Returns

Purchases made at any Bogner franchise store or business partners cannot be returned to the listed return address for Bogner Web site purchases.

 

Order Cancellation

Once the order has been placed and processed for shipment, unfortunately we are not able to make any changes or cancellations at this time.
