UK Customers – Free Returns Service

UK customers can return their order for free within 14 days of receipt – Please follow these steps:

1.Complete the Delivery note with the code that matches your reason for return.

2.Please remember that your goods must be returned in the condition they were sent.  Remember to include all original tags, labels and packaging.

3.Securely attach the freepost label to your parcel (the label can be found on the bottom of your delivery note).

4.Remember to put the completed Delivery note into your parcel and make sure it is securely sealed.

5.Send the parcel back to us via your nearest post office.  We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage when sending your item.

5.The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please ensure your items are packed securely.

6.All items returned are inspected prior to refund.  In the unlikely event that we cannot accept your return we will contact you.

International Customers:

International customers can return their order within 30 days of receipt – Please follow these steps:

1.Complete the Delivery note with the code that matches your reason for return.

2.Your goods must be returned in the condition they were sent.  Remember to include all original tags, labels and packaging.

3.Brave Soul do not offer Freepost international returns. All return postage costs must be met by the buyer.

5.Remember to put the completed Delivery note into your parcel and make sure it is securely sealed.

6.Send the parcel back to us via a recorded postal delivery service.  We strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting.

7.We are unable to issue refunds for lost parcels not sent via recorded delivery.

8.The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please ensure your items are packed securely and

9.All items returned are inspected prior to refund.  In the unlikely event that we cannot accept your return we will contact you.

Full details of our returns and refunds are set out in our terms and conditions which will take precedence over this policy in the event of any conflict.  This Returns Policy does not affect your rights under law.
