Due to the unique products we offer all sales are final. Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. With no exceptions. If you do have an issue with the functionality or workmanship of the product please contact us at We’ll contact you within 3 buisness days. We’ll gladly exchange damaged products for another product from our extensive collection. If you choose an exchange, and the product you choose as a replacement costs less, we will refund the difference. After one exchange, if the exchanged product does not meet your satisfaction, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the return.

Shipping charges and rush order fees are the customers responsibility and will not be refunded.

All exchanges will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost lost from processing your credit card and other bank fees.

It is not our policy to sell multiple headpieces for a customer to evaluate the pieces and then return the ones they do not like.  If multiple headpieces are purchased within a 1 month time frame from the same customer (name and address) a 50% re-stocking fee will be applied to the returned pieces.

Non-returnable Products:

Rhinestone, Pearl/Rhinestone, Pearl Edge Veils, Custom Orders, Custom Veils and “Hand Crafted” Jewelry are not returnable for a refund. Dyed shoes can not be returned.

Defective or Damaged Products:

We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects and workmanship. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will offer a refund or exchange. Exchanges will not be given for products used, or with damage caused by customer misuse or neglect.

Exchange Requirements

To receive an exchange for products purchased from us, the following conditions apply:

  1. You must contact The Bridal Jewelry Store within 7 days of delivery of your order.
  2. The item(s) returned to us must be in original condition and not modified or altered in any way. Price tags or style tags must not be removed.
  3. Item(s) must be returned in similar type packaging as received. You must not return veils and/or headpieces in any kind of envelope.  Returns of Veils and/or Headpieces sent in any type of envelope will void the customer’s warranty and the return will be refused.
  4. The item(s) must be shipped back to us (postmarked) within 15 days from when the order was delivered to you, or before your wedding date or event (whichever comes first).
  5. You must enclose a printed copy of your sales or on-line order receipt with your return.

Customers must follow this policy in exchanging items, and the returned items must be delivered to  The Bridal Jewelry Store before the customer is eligible for an exchange.
