You may return any new or unused Brightcore Nutrition product that has been purchased directly from our website within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping and handling charges. Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and original Brightcore Nutrition invoice receipt or online packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Simply contact one of our customer service representatives at (888)-227-9338 for quick and easy return assistance. Our product specialists and customer service representatives are educated about natural health care products; however they are not medically trained doctors and their advice is not intended to take the place of your medical professionals’. Our staff will be happy to instruct you about how to best use our products.

To Properly Return Your Order:

  • Contact Brightcore Nutrition Customer Service Department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and return instructions.
  • Repackage merchandise securely in its original container, if available, with the receipt or packing slip. Write the RMA number on the receipt or packing slip
  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the box used to ship the product back and address return package:

Rules & Restrictions for Returns:

Returns of any Brightcore Nutrition product require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) provided by Brightcore Nutrition’s Customer Service Department. Any package that is sent back to Brightcore Nutrition without an RMA will be considered an unauthorized return and may be refused at the cost of the sender. When a return contains more than one of any product SKU, Brightcore Nutrition will only accept one opened bottle of each such SKU for refund. All other bottles must be sealed with the original safety seal. Once a refund has been applied, future refund requests will be refused for that same SKU. All return shipments must be prepaid and shipped via the carrier of your choice. We encourage our customers to obtain a tracking number from their carrier to track the shipment. Brightcore Nutrition is not responsible for items that do not return back to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges on all ordered are non-refundable. Brightcore Nutrition reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy. Brightcore Nutrition will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.

Refused Shipments:
A refused shipment occurs when a customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Brightcore Nutrition Customer Service Department for a return will be charged a fee to cover return shipping and handling charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and maybe refused a refund request. No refused shipments packages will be refunded until the original package arrives back to Brightcore Nutrition’s warehouse from the postal carrier which can take up to one month.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the event a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us and we will cover all costs including shipping to replace your product.

Order Cancellations:
Items may not be cancelled once an order has been shipped. After you receive your order, simply follow our return instructions to obtain a RMA by calling customer service at (888) 227-9338 during normal business hours.
