(1)     Introduction

Cable Matters offer a 100 % customer satisfaction guaranteeWe understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30 days return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

(2)     Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of invoice of the product;

(b) RMA (Return Authorization Number) number must be issued;

(c) Shipping & Handling cost is not refundable;

(d) The returned product is the same condition as you receive in its original packaging enabling us to sell the product as new. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the electronic products are returned.

(e) You comply with the returns procedure set out below.

(3)  Returns procedure 

In order to take advantage of your rights under this return policy, you must:

(a)  You must fill in RMA request form here to request for an RMA number. Please provide the following information in the message body:

  • Item Being Returned
  • Reason for the Return
  • Specify whether you want Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving your RMA request, Cable Matters will issue you a RMA number within 2 business days. Cable Matters will not accept returns without prior authorization or an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.

(b)  Send your item in its original packing with copy of invoice and RMA number to:

(c)  When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Cablematters.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

(4) Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and possibly 15% restocking fee for returns on electronic products.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 5 business days of the day we received your returned product.

(5)  Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product:

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product;
