Should you wish to return an item purchased from us here at Cables & Leads, we do have a simple but strict policy in place, so that we can efficiently ensure your return arrives safely back to us. Please take a couple of moments to read this before you request a return to us.

1 – All returns require a 4 digit RMA returns number from us (so we can track the progress of your return)
2 – Please advise us online of your name, date of purchase, receipt/invoice number and reason for return.
3 – We will then issue a returns address or collection details along with a valid 4 digit RMA reference number for your return.

Note: Before Requesting a Return to Us (For Faulty item in Warranty).If you require a replacement or warranty repair on a product purchased from us here at Cables & Leads, please ensure you have the following:

1 – Date of Purchase and Order Number with us.
2 – Then request a returns RMA 4 digit number Online Now.

We can then arrange a free collection (for larger items) or freepost label (for smaller items). If the item is not found to be at fault, we will charge you for the collection of the return, rates below.

Note: Before Requesting a Return to Us (For None Faulty items in Warranty).If the item is not faulty and have only had your product for 7 working days (or less) and would like to return it for a full refund, we can arrange a collect from you. For larger items with a value of over £39 or 2kg in weight, there will be a collection fee for this service, this depends on your UK location:

£6.00 for most parts of the UK Mainland
£19.00 for Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and NI, IOM

The collection fee is for an item purchased from us here at Cables & Leads, if you would like to arrange for a return and refund for an item just received, please ensure you have the following:

1 – Date of Purchase and Order Number with us.
2 – Then request a returns RMA 4 digit number Online Now

If you would like to use your own delivery company to return an item to us: a – Request a returns authorisation (RMA) number from us. b – Ensure your insure the item to be returned. c – Ensure the item is returned in the same condition as it was received. d – Use a delivery service that provides a proof of delivery upon receipt.
