We do try to provide a next day service where ever possible. Products will be shipped as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the receipt of an order. Standard delivery will be made by Royal Mail in the UK and local post outside of the UK.
Delivery charges: Within the United Kingdom £2.00, Next day delivery is £5.99 for orders placed Mon-Fri before 15.00. EU Member states £4.99. Rest of the world £5.99
Some countries impose import duties, which will be charged when the goods are delivered to the destination country. The customer must pay any import duties, as we have no control over these charges. Due to increased security in some countries, deliveries may be delayed. You can shop with confidence because we offer a 100% no quibble guarantee, we will exchange or refund any product if you are in any way dissatisfied, as long as the products have the labels intact, have not been worn or washed and are in their original resaleable condition. Where hygiene covers are used in briefs and swimwear, these must be in place in the garment.
Products for exchange or refund should be returned to Camille Lingerie Unit 2 Cotton Brook Road, Sir Francis Ley Estate, Shaftesbury Street, Derby DE23 8YJ (a returns label is enclosed with each order) within 14 days of purchase.We will accept returns on orders placed for Christmas up till the 31st January. Retunrs within the UK are free.
In the event that the products are lost in the post we will require a certificate of posting as proof of the returned product. A certificate of posting can be obtained from the post office free of charge and the certificate should be retained until your refund or return has been completed.
Refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.
