You can return a new, unopened item at anytime. Any item that is new (unused, and includes all manufacturer packaging and tags) may be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Any new item returned after 60 days will be issued store credit. Store credit will be linked to your account. If you do not have an account, your refund will be sent as an electronic gift card. Store credits and gift cards will expire 1 year after issuance. Returns may take up to 10 days to process.*Note that CampSaver does not accept returns on mounted skis, molded ski boots or climbing gear.Request A Return

Fit Guarantee

Our Fit Guarantee applies to any new apparel and footwear (excludes items purchased in The Shed). If the apparel/footwear you purchased does not fit comfortably we will cover the cost of return shipping (a return label will only be issued if an item is exchanged). To exchange for a different size simply place a new order. Your new sized item will be sent to you with no additional shipping cost. A return will need to be set up for the item that doesn’t fit. For a short time you will have two charges on your credit card or Paypal account. Once we receive the return you will receive a credit. (The Fit Guarantee only applies to shipping within the continental United States.)

Used Returns

Used items are also covered under our return policy. Any used item returned to CampSaver within 60 days of the order date is eligible for store credit, which will be issued as a credit to your account or sent as an electronic gift card. Both will expire after 1 year from the issue date. We are unable to accept used returns past 60 days. Returns of mounted ski’s, thermo-molded boots, and climbing gear will not be accepted.

Shed Returns

Products purchased from The Shed have the same return policy as used items. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return a Shed item. Store credit will be issued as a credit to your account or sent as an electronic gift card. Both will expire after 1 year from the issue date. We do not accept exchanges from the shed. Please note, items purchased from The Shed are sold “As Is” without warranty.

Shipping Charges for a Return

We do not refund the original shipping charges (if any) unless the return is caused by a product defect or warranty issue. For such issues we will pay return shipping charges and the replacement we send out. If the reason for return is a matter of personal error (duplicate items ordered, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to


New products have a warranty specified by the manufacturer. While most manufacturers offer a 1-2 year warranty, most have a lifetime warranty.
