Carhartt Return Policy
If you are not happy with your Carhartt purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. We do not accept exchanges at this time. You may return your purchase within 60 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Include the Carhartt Return Copy in your package to help us process your return. We only accept returns from purchases made on Carhartt.com. After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items purchased on Carhartt.com may be returned to a Carhartt Company Store. Simply bring your items in to one of our locations and our customer service team will ship your return back to our warehouse free of charge.
