We get it, things happen, we buy stuff online too. … CARiD believes in making your experience quick and simple!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery – we’ll even pay the cost of shipping the product back by providing you a prepaid return label!

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

  • Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).
  • Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however shipping costs are not covered.
  • The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
    • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
    • Personalized Items (custom engraved or embroidered)
    • Wheels and Tires

I have been waiting on a refund for probably about 4 or 5 months and have never heard nothing back. The spider led tail lights that i ordered for my 2014 Ford F150 STX Sport did not fit right. I sent them back paid for the shipping and still never got nothing. I called 3 times tbe said that they would cal me let me know but that never happened. I want my money back with interest
