Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

At Carl Scarpa it is important to us that our customers have received an excellent service. We carefully fulfil each order from our warehouse however if you have received a damaged item, or if your order is wrong or incomplete please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the package.Do not return the item without first confirming the details of your complaint.

Email online@carlscarpa.com with the following details.

– Customer Name
– Order ID
– An accurate description of the problem.
– Please provide digital images of your product if applicable.

Our Returns department will reply with instructions on how to proceed.

Change of Mind

At Carl Scarpa we care about our customers and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you change your mind for any reason we can alter or cancel the order up until it is dispatched. From the date goods are received, we offer a 7 day return period for unworn and unmarked purchases.

Returns must have original packaging, be in a saleable condition and be accompanied with the receipt. You can return the goods to us and provided they are in the condition they were sold we will organise an exchange or refund (excluding the delivery costs).

Unfortunately we do not offer refund or exchange on sale items.

We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and always retain your proof of postage. Goods are returned to Carl Scarpa at your own expense. You will be emailed once your return has been processed. Your items will then be exchanged (when in stock), your credit card/bank draft refunded.

Can I return to my local store?

If you wish to exchange or return your purchase you can go to a Carl Scarpa store (exc concession stores) in your area, where one of our staff will be delighted to assist you. For convenience we have included the address of your closest store on your invoice but you can also find a full list of stores here.
