RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

Should a part or all of your order not suit you, you have to send us a return request and return the item within 14 business days from the date of delivery. If you return the item beyond this period, the designer has the right to refuse the return, and to send you back the shipment. To return an item, please follow the following three (3) easy-quick steps: 1. Go on your “My Account page / My Orders“, select the product’s order you want to return or exchange 2. Select the reason of your return or exchange 3. Confirm your return or exchange request by clicking on the “Send return request” button. You will automatically receive an email notification with the address of return for your item(s). Note that all returns and exchanges are directly sent to the designer’s studio or boutique. Final confirmation of return and exchange is upon designer or boutique’s approval. To prepare your return shipment: – Choose a standard package, or use the original box, place the unworn or undamaged product inside – Insert in the package the copy of the order’s invoice. You can get a copy of it under “My Account / My Orders by clicking on the “print my order” button, located at the top right of the order. Or, if you can’t print, indicate on a blank sheet of paper your full name, your order number, the name of the article, the address of the designer and the reason for return. You are responsible for the products’ return until the designer receives it. Please be sure to pack the returned items properly, in order to avoid any damage. We are not responsible for items that are returned to designers by mistake.

RETURNS DELIVERY COSTS

If you decide to use your withdrawal right because the product does not suit you, returns shipping costs and carrier choice are your responsibility. However, in the eventuality of a defective product, return shipping costs will be refunded by Carnet de Mode along with your item, after your package has been checked by the designer.

REFUND TERMS

The request for return is a prerequisite for the acceptance and refund of returned products whatever case it may concern: withdrawal right or return of defective product. Upon this request, we will explain the process to be followed to return your items. As soon as the designer receives the returned package, two emails are automatically sent to you: the first one will keep you informed with the return acceptance. The second will keep you informed with the refund demand status. If the refund is validated, a refund process is then automatically started. If you have chosen to pay with Credit Card or PayPal: your bank account will be credited within 3 to 8 business days. If you have chosen to pay with a Deferred Debit Card, the refund will take place at the end of the current month.

REFUND TERMS FOLLOWING A CANCELLATION PROCESS

As soon as the designer or the boutique has shipped your order, it is impossible to cancel it anymore. You will receive an email to inform you that the order has been shipped. You can track your shipment under My Account / My Orders. In the case of the designer or the boutique has not shipped your order yet. Follow the following three easy-quick steps:

  1. Go on your My Account page / My Orders, select the product’s order you want to return for cancellation.
  2. Select the reason of your cancellation.
  3. Confirm your cancellation request by clicking on the “Send return request” button.

The cancellation will take place within 24 hours. You’ll immediately receive an email about your cancellation confirmation. If you have chosen to pay with Credit Card or PayPal and have already been charged, a refund request process will take place within the following days. Your bank account will be credited within 3 to 8 business days. If you have chosen to pay with a Deferred Debit Card, the refund will take place at the end of the current month. Otherwise, no payment will be taken from your bank account.

CAN I RETURN SEVERAL TIMES THE SAME ORDER?

Once you returned a product for exchange and you received a new one, note that this is a final exchange. You will not be able to ask for another exchange. Only refund will be accepted at that point.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED, WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?

If a cancellation is made prior to order processing, and we have confirmed your order has been cancelled by email, we will fully refund you through your original payment method depending on whether we already took payment from your account or not. The cancellation will take place within 24 hours. You’ll immediately receive an email about your cancellation confirmation. If you have chosen to pay with Credit Card or PayPal and you have already been charged, a refund request process will take place within the following days. Your bank account will be credited within 3 to 8 business days. If you have chosen to pay with a Deferred Debit Card, the refund will take place at the end of the current month.
