If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please return it to Casio within 30 days of purchase.
The following procedure should be used:
Telephone the Casio Returns Dept on +44(0)20 8208 9452 to obtain a Returns Authorisation.
Complete the table on the reverse of the picking delivery note. Please ensure you complete all of the sections, as this will guarantee the timely processing of your return / exchange.
Send the item, with the returns note enclosed, to:

Please send via recorded delivery or another courier. The product should be unused and in its original packaging and all items must be suitably protected.
Retain your proof of postage, or courier collection receipt / details, until you receive notification from Casio that we have received your returned product.
Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of items, which have been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
