CCTVFocal strives to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase made at our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please firstly contact us at support@cctvfocal.com or add us on Skype(Skype name: cctvfocal.support) to state the reason. And after confirming with us, please go to our RMA site to generate a RMA ticket for your case. And then you can simply return it within 30 days and we will replace it or refund the cost of the item(excluding shipping fees). All items must be returned in their original condition. Defective items returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period (or within 12 months if there is no manufacturer warranty) will be replaced or repaired at no cost to you.

We will not ship out the replacement to your or refund you until we receive your returned item(s). For any returned item that has serious damage will be charged extra 15% restocking fee.

Please Note: The shipping fee you pay is only for the shipping of the product, it doesn’t include the customs or import duties that may be charged once the package reaches the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient; we cannot control or predict these charges. Since custom’s policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your customs office for further information. If you refuse the package at the time of delivery, CCTVFocal will not refund any of the purchase price or shipping charges. If you need a refund, we will only refund you the money of cost of the item, not including the shipping fees, nor the customs fees. And the return shipping fee is on yours.

Return/Replacement Steps:

1. Contact us at support@cctvfocal.com or add us on Skype(Skype name: cctvfocal.support) to state the reason why you need to return.

2. After confirming with us, please go to our RMA site to generate a RMA ticket for your case. And then you can simply return it within 30 days. Please put the RMA label together with the item(s) in the box and ship to us(shipping fee is on your side). After we receive your shipped item(s), we will ship out the replacement or fix the item and then send it to you.

Refund Steps:

2. After confirming with us, please go to our RMA site to generate a RMA ticket for your case. Please put the RMA label together with the item(s) in the box and ship to us. After we receive your returned item(s), we will refund you.

3. After we receive the item, we will refund you the item(excluding shipping fees).

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number

For all returns, you must firstly contact us at support@cctvfocal.com for returning and then go to our RMA site to generate a RMA ticket for your case(Return Merchandise Authorization). This number must be on your return shipping label and in the box. All items must be returned in their original condition. Defective items returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period (or within 12 months if there is no manufacturer warranty) will be replaced or repaired at no cost to you.

Warranty

All products carry a 1-year warranty from the date they were shipped unless otherwise indicated. Our warranty covers all product malfunctions and defects. Our warranty does not cover acts of nature, crime, and/or misuse. Examples include lighting strikes, vandalism and improper installation and or use. Our warranty will not cover anything that has been smashed, broken or burned. We reserve the right to determine if the product is within warranty or not. And customer needs to pay 15% of the sell price for restocking fee if useage over 30 days and less than 1 year.
