Cheap Stair Parts Return Policy
We take returns up to 2 weeks from the date you receive your product and on full , unopened boxes.
If you need to return your entire order please call or email to get an RMA number.
You will then be responsible to ship the product back to us and ensure its wrapped up well enough so that it arrives to us undamaged and in resellable condition. Damaged returns will not be accepted.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns. (Exchange orders may avoid restocking fees. Click Here to view Exchange Policy)
Custom orders are non-returnable (custom iron, custom wood, custom faux finishes, custom powder coating or any other order we classify as custom)
Once products are received, inspected and processed back in we will issue the refund back on the original card used.
