At The Chimp Store we pride ourselves on our superb customer service and here is a typical example of our commitment to you, our customer.

If you make a purchase from and upon receipt of the goods decide you have the wrong size, you don’t like the colour, or you’ve just changed your mind, you can have a replacement or a refund…your choice. If you buy something from us and later decide you made a mistake, it’s simple. Return the goods, unused, in the original packaging and within seven days for a refund or replacement. Under these circumstances we cannot refund any postage charges. Returned items that have been subject to free shipping and are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

Damaged / Incorrect Goods

In the event of you receiving goods which have been damaged in the post or that have been sent to you incorrectly, the goods may be returned (with the original packaging in the case of damaged goods), within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods plus your return postage charges.

When returning goods via Royal Mail we advise you to return products by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Returning goods via Collect+ is even simpler. See the details listed below.

If you are a UK customer, you can return your Chimp Store order via any local supermarket, newsagent or corner shop that offers the Collect+ service.

There are thousands of shops nationwide offering the service. Click here to find your nearest one. As if that wasn’t easy enough, Collect+ shops have extended opening hours, with many shops open seven days a week! All you need to do is go to:

Enter your order number and email address and a label will be emailed directly to you. Simply print out the Collect+ label and stick it onto your parcel. For ease, you can use the box that we originally sent your item(s) in. Once you have repackaged your item(s) and attached the Collect+ label, take it to your localCollect+ store, where you’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. Please ensure you retain this proof of postage so in the unlikely event your parcel goes missing, you’ll have proof you sent it.

Your return will be processed within 10 working days of your goods being collected. For example, if you dropped the orders into a Collect+ store on Wednesday, you can expect your return to be processed and returned by the following Friday. This is the normal timeframe all banks advise and in some cases will be much sooner.

Please bear in mind when using the Collect+ service, that the cost of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Parcels must not weigh more than 10 kilograms nor exceed dimensions of 30 centimetres x 30 centimetres x 50 centimetres and must have a Label attached.


Once your order is received and the refund is processed it can take up to 5 working days for the amount to be shown in your bank account, depending on your bank. Paypal refunds, should you have paid with Paypal can take up to 7 days to show in your Paypal account.
