Please double check size and color of your clothes carefully before buying ( The specific size will be found on each product’s purchasing page).For European/US customers, Pls check one size larger than your usual size, for example, if you wear M usually, you can check the L size .

Return Content :
1.    Exchange:  you can exchange a new one with our authorization within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.    Return:     you can return your order in original condition with our authorization within 7 days of receiving your order
3.    Refund:     you can get compensation due to quality problem which we both confirmed by evidence within 3 days after package received .

Return & Exchange Steps:
confirm the quality problem both → contact our customer service → exchange the item
confirm the quality problem both → contact our customer service → return the item
confirm the quality problem both → contact our customer service → refund

Please contact our customer service as soon as you find the quality problem about the received item .
please supply Order number, item’s SKU number, image of defective items to our customer service by email sales@cichic.com , we will reply you within 2 working days (from 9:00 a.m. to 16:00p.m. ).

Shipping Fee : Please understand you would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred for non-quality returns.

Quality Problem 
Refer to product blemish such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product.
Quality problem does not include any size, color, and material aberration from the buyer’s imagination since we have showed pictures and its description on each product’s purchasing page.

Size Problem
You can exchange to right size if the product’s size is different from its product page described and does not fit you. But the order can’t been canceled especially for one-size item since we have showed pictures and its description on each product’s purchasing page.

Our Policy:
Please make sure the product is unused, clean, no smell ,no perfume ,not in damaged or worn condition and in original packaging when return to us.
We are neither responsible for the return nor taking over your dispute on the product if you return the item without our Return Authorization from us.
For non-quality related returns : The non-made-to-order products are eligible for a return and a refund of 85% of the item’s price. The remaining 15-30% will be kept as a restocking fee. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

Cancellation 
We can cancel your order according to your request within 3 working days after we confirmed your order and payment.
Please note we can’t accept the exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.
