How do I return an item?

Refund & Return PolicyAll returns require and RMA #. Please e-mail sales@citikitty.com to obtain an RMA # for your return. Please note our return policy and time line may vary by product

We accept returns for refund within 30 days of purchase date. Items can only be returned in new and unaltered condition. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact contact our customer service department at info@citikitty.com.

Please note we are unable to refund the cost of shipping.
