Beverages, Supplies and Accessories

Returns and replacements are straightforward, simple and easy for beverages, supplies and accessories.

If you are not 100% fully and completely satisfied with your purchase of any of our beverages, supplies or accessories simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase.

We will promptly replace that product for you, or refund your purchase price – your choice.

STEP 1: Get a Return Authorization number (RA#)

Contact us (email or phone) to let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.

You may return merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase.

Be sure to include your Order Number along with your request.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#).

We will provide you with written instructions on how to return your products.

Please DO NOT return any products to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#).

STEP 2: Return your item(s) as instructed

Ship your products to us prepaid, insured, with a tracking number for proof of delivery.

Return products to our Shipping Address.

Clearly write your Return Authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the box.

Please note that shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

STEP 3: Your choice – refund or replacement

After all of the above are complete, and we receive your products…

(A) we will promptly send you a replacement, or

 

(B) we will promptly issue your refund – your choice.

IMPORTANT: Please note the following

You may return merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase.

RA#’s are valid for 14 days from date of issue.

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

Special-order items are non returnable.

Products returned to us without an RA# are not accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.

Beverage Equipment & Parts

Returns and replacements are different for beverage equipment and parts.

Beverage equipment and parts are guaranteed and warranted by the manufacturer, not us.

If you have any questions at all regarding returns or re-stock fees, please contact us before purchasing beverage equipment.

Beverages, Supplies, Accessories Returns – Here’s What You Do

Equipment and non-electrical parts are returnable if…

You have not used your equipment, and

You request a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of purchase.

1. Warranties

When you purchase a piece of equipment and it does not work properly – at any time within the warranty period – the manufacturer will repair or replace the equipment without charge according to the terms of their warranty. After all, that’s what a “warranty” is all about. So no worries on your part.

2. Damaged in Transit to You

If your shipment is damaged during transit to you, contact us immediately.

 

We will make the necessary arrangements to make everything a-ok.

3. Parts – Returns & Re-stock Fees

Please be careful when ordering replacement parts, especially electrical parts.

Electrical replacement parts are not returnable once you order them.

Other replacement parts are returnable. A 50% re-stock fee applies.

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

4. Home Equipment – Returns & Re-stock Fees

If you have not used the equipment, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Once you have used the equipment, it is not returnable.

Once used, your equipment is fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Equipment under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

5. Commercial Equipment – Returns & Re-stock Fees

If you have not used the equipment, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Once you have used the equipment, it is not returnable.

Once used, your equipment is fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Equipment under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.

Manufacturers charge re-stock fees for unused equipment that is returned.

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

A 30% re-stock fee applies. See return instructions below.

Equipment Returns – Here’s What You Do

Equipment and non-electrical parts are returnable if…

You have not used your equipment, and

***ALERT: Equipment returns are different. Products ship from many different warehouses.***

STEP 2: Return your item(s) as instructed

Ship your package prepaid, insured, with a tracking number for proof of delivery.

Return products to the address specified in your return instructions.

Clearly write your Return Authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the box.

STEP 3: You will receive a refund

After all of the previous steps are complete…

We will promptly issue your refund, less any applicable restocking fees.

IMPORTANT: Please note the following

You may return merchandise

Your equipment must be unused and in salable condition.

RA#’s are valid for 14 days from date of issue.

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

Your equipment return will be subject to a restocking fee.

Products returned to us without an RA# are not accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.

3. Undeliverable Packages & Unauthorized Returns

Due to changes in shipper policies (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.), you will be charged a “return shipping fee” if your package is returned to us for any reason, such as:

You provide us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

You refuse to accept a package when it is delivered to you.

You are not present to sign for a package delivered to you.

You change your mind about an order after you place it with us.

We recommend the following to avoid a “return shipping fee” charged to your account:

Provide an accurate, complete shipping address.

Check your order carefully before you submit it to us.

Make arrangements to sign for your package when it is delivered to you.

Do not refuse a shipment when it is delivered to you.

Before returning merchandise to us, contact us to obtain a valid RA#.
