Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned within 30 days of date received.  Items should be returned in their original packaging including all of the items accessories. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be given by a Commercial Bargains Customer Service Representative. Items being returned under buyer’s remorse will be subject to restocking fee of 15% of the items purchase price.

Defective & Damaged products

Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Defective products may only be returned within 30 days of date received. If an item is received damaged, Customer Service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item. Customer is responsible to contact Customer Service to acquire an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be given by a Commercial Bargains Customer Service Representative.

Unauthorized Returns

Items received without an RMA number may not be accepted or may increase your processing time.

Package Intercepts & Refusals

We do not allow package interception for any reason. Any package that is refused from customer and returned is subject to a 15% restocking upon refund.
