At Creative Contrast we always ensure that our order is shipped with care, and that products are delivered as pictured, in great condition and on time. We recommend carefully reading the items description, features as well as our shipping policies prior to making your purchase. We also encourage you to use our live chat, phone or email services to make sure that the items you’re considering are just right for the occasion and allow us to answer any questions you might have.

We make returns easy for our customers. Please follow the following five steps if you need to return an item:

1. MAKE A RETURN REQUEST

To make a return, you ned to send us an email within 3 days of receiving your order at support@creativecontrast.com. Please include “Returns” in the subject line, and give us a brief description of the reason for return, along with your order number (as indicated on your invoice). For exchanges, please note your preferred size or color.

2. RECEIVE AN RA NUMBER

You will receive a reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this RA number in the return packaging when you ship your item.

3. MAIL YOUR RETURN

Prepare your return by printing out (or hand-writing) the RA number and include a copy of your invoice, your RA number, and then securely package your order. Please be sure to include all original packaging and designer tags.

4. RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION

Once your return is received, we will send you an e-mail notification confirming your return has been received.

5. RECEIVE A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

You will be issued either full credit for your returned item or store credit for the same amount (based on the reason for return) within 48-72 hours since the receipt of your return.

Please note:

• Refunds will not be issued for merchandise that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged. All original tags must be attached and all returned items must arrive in their original packaging, such as manufacturers bags.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product you received is grossly different from the description (e.i. wrong color or style)

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to either replace the damaged item or issue a store credit within 5 calendar days of purchase. Item replacement is subject to availability.

• Due to international customs policies and procedures, we do not accept returns from Hong Kong and Singapore.

• Currently all SPECIAL ORDER and SALE PRICED items are final sale. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for SPECIAL ORDER items at this time.
