Order Processing
We understand that you’re under a lot of stress and want your order as soon as possible. Therefore, we try to ship every order received by 2 PM EST either the same day or the next business day.
Shipping Options
We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs and budget. Orders from states in Central and Eastern Time Zones ship from our Indiana warehouse. Orders from states in Mountain and Pacific Time Zones, as well as Alaska and Hawaii, ship from our California warehouse. Below are estimated delivery timelines beginning after your order is sent to USPS or FedEx from our warehouse.
- USPS Priority Mail – 2-5 business days
- FedEx 2-Day – 2 business days
- FedEx Overnight – 1 business day
Returns
We know you’ll like Critical Pass flashcards. But if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your cards for a refund within 10 days after you receive your order by contacting us at support@criticalpass.com. Returns must be unopened and unused. You are responsible for shipping costs on the returned flashcards. We reserve the right to refuse any return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
