Returns & Exchanges 

Return/Exchange Form

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original and unworn condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. (Shipping and handling fees are not refunded). Items received after 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted. Items noted as Special Order must be sent back within 5 days of receipt. Final Sale and/or Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional exchange or re-stocking fees may apply. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt.

PDF (Portable Document Format) files allow forms to be used and downloaded by clients internationally and from various computer platforms with a minimum of fuss and hassle.

Return and Exchange Instructions

    • Repack the item in the original packing materials (postal box, packing peanuts, etc) and send it in a PROTECTIVE package. PLEASE NOTE: premium gift boxes ($5.99 each) are final sale items that may NOT be returned. Please do not include them in your return/exchange package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund. This is particularly true for wedding ring sets (you must return both/all rings from the set, or we cannot accept your return or exchange request), and product sets.

 

    • Complete the Return/Exchange form that is provided with your package. If you need an additional copy, it can be acquired by CLICKING HERE. It must be filled out in full, including your reason for the return or exchange and all other information necessary to process your request promptly. (PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to a return re-stocking fee or an exchange fee. Please see details on potential fees prior to purchasing.)

 

    • Save a copy of the packing slip for your records.

 

    • Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.

 

    • If the item is a gift it is important that the order number be written on the Crummybunny.com return slip. As with any purchase, the gift recipient may exchange the item or elect to receive an Crummybunny.com gift certificate instead of a refund

 

    • Exchanges received after 30 days will be handled on an individual, case-by-case basis and may require additional fees. Please contact customer service at 1-619-798-6150 for more information.

30 Day Return Policy

We’re confident that crummybunny.com’s product will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. No purchase at Crummybunny.com is complete until you’re completely satisfied. You can return most items to us within thirty (30) days of the shipping date for the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees. Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged. Items noted as special order must be sent back within 5 days. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional exchange or re-stocking fees may apply.

Exchange Fees

All domestic (US) exchanges require a $3.95 processing fee. All international exchanges require a $5.95 processing fee. This fee covers the cost of postage for us to ship the exchange item to you, and it accounts for time and resources utilized when processing your exchange. The fee will be charged to the original credit card used for purchase. If you originally paid via PayPal, we will request a payment of the exchange fee via PayPal, which must be received before we proceed with your request. If we are unable to collect the exchange fee, your exchange request will be processed as a return, and any applicable refund will be applied to the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal account).

If you received your product as a gift, and/or would prefer to use an alternate form of payment for the exchange fee, you must provide complete credit card details on the return/exchange form. This includes the cardholder’s full name, the billing address, and the 3 digit CCV (security code) number from the back of your card. If you do not feel comfortable providing this information by mail, you can also contact us via phone or email. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately by phone or email. You may request that return and exchange fees be waived if you receive an order with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please note that final decisions regarding return and exchange fees will be determined by crummybunny.com.

Re-Stocking Fees

Special order items, product items that cost $200 or more, and certain couture cocktail rings are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Please be aware that your refund will be for the purchase price of the product, less the 15% fee. If you are not sure if an item may be subject to a re-stocking fee, please contact us prior to purchasing. If you are confused about the amount of your refund, we are available to assist you via phone and email.

Final Sale

Any product noted as final sale has been drastically reduced in price, and as such is not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be aware when purchasing that this is literally a final sale, and if you send back the product for a return or exchange we must simply send the original purchase back to you. If your product ARRIVES damaged, you must contact us in writing (send an email with your order number to info@crummybunny.com) within 5 days of receipt to review the return/exchange options available to you. If your product BECOMES damaged past the 5 day deadline, you will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange.

Incorrect Or Damaged Items

If you receive your product order and it contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us right away! We have policies in place to take care of such issues for you, and we welcome the chance to make things right. Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and in natural stone colors are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the product and should not be considered as defective. Please refer to the information below for further assistance:

    • Contact us by phone and/or email IMMEDIATELY

 

    • Be sure to include your name, order number, and the name or item code of the problem item(s).

 

    • If you cannot contact us right away, be sure to call or email within five (5) business days of receiving your package. If you contact us regarding an incorrect, damaged, or defective item past this five (5) day period, we may be limited in how we are able to best assist you.

 

    • Please do NOT mail back any incorrect, damaged, or defective items without advance confirmation from crummybunny.com. This is very important!

 

    • In most cases we will provide you with a postage pre-paid envelope that you can use to return the problem item(s). Each order is handled individually, though, so we may offer you an alternate solution.

 

  • Please note that return postage fees for incorrect, damaged, and/or defective items will NOT be refunded without prior written authorization from crummybunny.com.

Refund Processing

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns and exchanges take approximately 15 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Please attempt to return every item with all of its original materials. If you have any questions, contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-619-798-6150.

All applicable refunds must be credited back to the original form of payment. We will automatically apply the funds back to the credit card or PayPal account used when purchasing the product, and the refund cannot be issued to any other card or account. We ask that you provide the last four digits of the credit card on the return/exchange form so that we can double check that your refund is being processed correctly. Please note that we will apply the refund to the original form of payment, even if you note a different card or account on your return/exchange form. If you no longer have access to the card or account used for purchase, you are responsible for contacting your bank, credit card company, and/or www.paypal.com to find out how to access the money that was refunded. We have this policy to protect our shoppers, and prevent fraud!

If you are confused about the amount of your refund, or if you would like an explanation of any return, exchange, or processing fees applied, please contact us via phone or email. Please keep in mind that refunds generally take longer to appear on your bank or credit card statement than charges do. You should allow 5-7 business days for your refund to clear on your online or by phone banking transaction history. Mailed bank and credit card statements may not reflect the refund for one to two billing cycles.

Best Price Guarantee

If you purchase a piece of product and it goes on sale within 14 calendar days, crummybunny.com will gladly issue a refund in the form of store credit. Here’s how to make a Best Price Guarantee Claim: Send an email to info@crummybunny.com with Best Price Guarantee in the subject header. Include the following information in your email.

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The name of the product that is now on sale.

Terms and Conditions – Once we receive your email, crummybunny.com reserves up to 10 days to process the claim and, if appropriate, issue a store credit. You will then be contacted via email with the details. The product currently on sale must be the exact same style, make, and color as the one previously purchased. Email offers or special newsletter promotions do not qualify – the item must be marked as on sale on the crummybunny.com website. The Best Price Guarantee offer cannot be combined with any coupons or promotions. Not valid on Final Sale items. Policy subject to change without prior notice.

Return Restrictions

All returns and exchanges are processed in the order that they are received, within 15 business days. Applicable refunds will be processed and applied back to the original payment method within this time frame. Some items may not be eligible for a return or exchange, and some may require additional re-stocking fees. Please contact us prior to purchasing with questions about potential return or exchange restrictions on any items. Items must be returned in their original condition product which has been obviously worn or purposely altered or damaged may not be accepted.
