Cancel an Order

We do our best to verify that the dance shoes you’ve ordered are in stock. If for some reason your item is unavailable, we’ll suggest alternative dance shoe styles that are available. However, you may cancel such an order for a full refund plus shipping and handling fees if you are not happy with your choices.

Returns Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your dance shoes, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 42 days of purchase.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  However, we’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is for an EXCHANGE.  We understand that sizing can be an issue if you’ve never owned a pair of our dance shoes.  So rest assured that if you need to get a different size, we’ll cover your return shipping cost. This offer is limited to continental U.S. addresses only.

Special Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Merchandise returned (i.e arrive at our warehouse) after 42 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of store credit or gift certificate.

We guarantee against manufacturer’s defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us.


Returned Item Condition

You may return only new, unsoiled items within 42 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.  Any shoe with dirty or worn suede soles will be rejected for refund or exchange. Please try on your shoes on a clean carpet or dust-free surface as soon as your package arrives.  Items cut or sliced by sharp objects cannot be exchanged.

Returned Item Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for the items returned for exchange.   There are also no restocking fees on the first two pairs of dance shoes from a single order.  You will receive a full product refund for the item price, minus shipping and handling fees. However, for orders with 3 or more pairs of dance shoes that are returned for refund, we will charge a $14 restocking fee for each pair of dance shoes after the first two pairs of dance shoes from a single order.
Refund Processing Time

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

We’ll send you your RMA code and Return form via email. Please return items only to the returns address listed on our return form.  Shipping your return items to the wrong address will delay the process and cost you extra fees.  We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and may want to insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. You may also want to add tracking.

Free Exchange Shipping will bear the costs of shipping exchanged item(s) up to the cost of two pairs of dance shoes per order for U.S. customers. All other orders (i.e. Canada) will have a $10 shipping credit applied to actual shipping cost for exchange shipping with the customer then paying the difference the costs of shipping.
