If you are not completely satisfied with your diamond jewellery purchase from DeJoria Diamonds, you are able to return the goods within 30 days of you taking receipt of the goods for either an exchange or refund.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

    1. Call the DeJoria customer service helpline on 0845 355 1164 within 7 working days after the date of delivery of the product(s) to notify us.
    2. Complete the return form provided with the original packing materials for the delivered product(s).
    3. Secure the product(s) and all of the original packing materials, including return form and the diamond certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not) ensuring that the product(s) are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
    4. Send the product(s) by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service, as this is the safest way to ship high value items. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, PLEASE INSURE THE PACKAGE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE INVOICE PLUS SHIPPING CHARGES. DEJORIA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
    5. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.
    6. Mail the package to:

Please be careful – You are strongly advised NOT to write diamonds, diamond jewellery, jewellery or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.

  1. If the product is a diamond, then any original gemmological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very important. The diamond certificate has a �200 replacement fee. If the certificate is not returned, the cost of replacing it will be deducted from any refund payable to you.
  2. If you fail to take reasonable care of the product(s) before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
  3. If any product has had a personal inscription/engraving or special finish applied, we will charge you for the cost of its removal, thus allowing for it to be returned to stock.
  4. Subject to the above conditions, DeJoria will refund the full cost of the product(s). Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
  5. All refunds will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the product(s). Refunds take approximately five business days to process once the above has been carried out.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
