30-day Return
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand by our commitment to provide top-notch customer service to our customers.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee on the purchase price on unopened products, or a 20% restocking fee on opened products.  Please fill out the form below to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) prior to sending the products back to us.  Products sent back without obtaining an RMA will not be accepted.

Defective / Negative Skin Reaction
If you received a defective product or experienced a negative skin reaction to it, please contact us by using the form below within 30 days and we will exchange the product for you.  If you choose to return the product, a 20% restocking fee will apply. *Only one exchange per return.  Only products that have 3/4th remaining will be accepted.  We reserve the right to examine all products and make the final decision on acceptance.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipment charges. We highly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number and insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery. Returns take 7-10 business days to process.

Please note that we do NOT accept returns on previously returned items.

If we ship an item in error and the product is not returned within 90 days, we will charge the customer and will refund once the item is returned.

Coupons can only be applied to products with MSRP and are not valid with any other offers, promotions, coupons, or discounts.
