If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email returns@designerwear.co.uk stating your order ID Number what you want to exchange or return and why? We will send you a returns authorisation code by email. Please put the authorisation code on the returns/exchange form sent out with your order. We recommend you use a postal service that offers a tracked service as its your responsibility to get the parcel back to us.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size once we have recieved your item back we ship it out free of charge Uk mainland only.

NOTE – RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER.

We can’t except any items that are not in original condition this includes the tags still attached, original packaging or the shoe box using tape or stickers on it to return it, will not be accepted

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Note: when trying on items of designer clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed returns/exchange documentation.

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refund will not be given.

 

  • Refunds and Exchanges for all items, including faulty goods, can only be given within 14 days of receipt.
  • We will issue a FULL REFUND (Exc delivery charge) on receipt, We will exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
  • Some products are NON-Returnable. These are clearly marked, this is commonpractice throughout the Retail trade.
  • The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
  • For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that carries insurance / Tracking Number
  • We will only refund upto £6 costs for delivery when the following services are used: Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Standard 1st/2nd Class delivery. Please include the receipt in the package when sending the faulty item back.
  • Failure to follow these procedures will result in the item being returned to you.
  • All delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or wrong item
  • If you have received free delivery and goods are returned that take you below the free delivery threshold you will be charged for initial shipping.
  • If orders that qualify for free shipping are returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee.
  • Please allow upto 14 days for a refund
  • If goods are returned to designerwear.co.uk due to incorrect address or order refusal, a fee of £14.99 will be taken out of the refund.

The cost of returning is your responsibility and is therefore non refundable, unless deemed necessary.

The cost incured for redelivery to you the customer will be an adidtional charge the designerwear team will contact you to arrange payment.

Distance selling regulations

Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Designerwear & a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to returns@designerwear.co.uk, or by post to the address on our Returns page. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
