How do I return an item?

OPTION 1. STORE CREDIT (+ get up to $5.00 on shipping credit): 100% store credit of purchase price (LESS Shipping or free shipping (if applicable) will be deducted) + up to $5.00 in store credit for shipping paid to us) You will not need to enter in any ” codes” to use your store credit. Your account will be credited automatically during your next checkout. Option 2. Refunds are not offered to orders placed with store credit or gift certificates. Your store credit will be available to you to use in minutes after we process your returns. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your credit as soon as it is processed.

 


OPTION 2. REFUND (LESS Shipping or free shipping costs will be deducted): 100% of purchase price less all shipping charges incurred to us. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to show on your statement from the date we process your return. Option 2 refund option is not allowed if store credit or gift certificate was used. Discounted “Flat- rate” or FREE SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDED and will be deducted from the total refund due : Please note if you choose a refund and received a free shipping or flat rate shipping offer, our normal Priority Mail Shipping rate will be deducted from the total refund amount paid.


 

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

1.Item must be unworn with no odors, smoke, perfume, etc.) and all original tags must be attached. If you remove our labels/tags it will be considered worn.

2.Item must be returned within 14 days of your payment date. Please include copy of your original order invoice and this form (MUST sign below).

3.Jewelry, leggings, hosiery, lingerie, swimwear and other accessories are FINAL SALE and/or otherwise noted items cannot be returned.

NOTE: If the above requirements are not met your item(s) will be charged a 30% restocking fee and a refund will not be offered – only store credit.If product is beyond what we believe is in a reasonable return condition we reserve the right to refuse.

CUSTOMER – POSTAL RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGE: If a shipped package is returned back to us due to customer error, i.e. wrong shipping address, refused, and unclaimed package, and international package refusal due to customs issues, we will automatically provide store credit less s/h. Any return shipping costs/fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the final credit to you. If refund is preferred, there will be a 30% restocking fee.
