DirecTest Return Policy
Any request for exchanges or returns must be reported to our customer service within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please initiate a return email service@directest.us with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return, or call us @ 866-563-3764 M-F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. All products that are being returned must be in the same condition as received, we will not accept opened or partially used items, unless the product is defective. We will gladly accept any returns that are fully sealed and are in the same conditioned as received within 30 days. When returning your items please package them so they will not get damaged in transit back to us.
Please verify your order when received, DirecTest strives for 100% accuracy of all orders shipped, and we want you to be satisfied with our products and service.
Some special order items that are available in different sizes and colors are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the fee applies to a particular product, it will be noted on the detail page of that particular item.
