  • Goods need to be returned within 7 days in original condition and packaging.
  • Please report of any damage or missing items with in 24 hours of receiving your order.

Goods need to be in original condition and not removed from original packaging if you want to return them.

  • Customers can return goods themselves and once we receive the goods back in their original condition, we will issue a full refund. Customers are responsible for the safe return of goods and will be charged for any damage to them.
  • If you want us to collect goods from you, the charge will be £80 (inc Vat) courier charge of collecting goods from you. Once the goods are received and inspected, we will issue a refund after deducting £80 (inc Vat).
  • If goods returned are found opened and taken out of original packaging, an extra £50 (inc Vat) handling fee will also be charged.
  • Collection of goods will be within 15 working days.
  • Refunds for all returned goods will be within 30 days.

Goods are not in original packaging  and customer wants to return them

  • Mattresses: Due to Hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of a Mattress which has been taken out of its original packaging. To test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
  • Divan Bases: Unpacked or assembled a £50 (inc. Vat) handling fee will be charged. All return goods must need to be in original packaging.
  • Customers can return goods themselves and once we receive the goods back in their original condition, we will issue a full refund. Customers are responsible for the safe return of goods and will be charged for any damage to them.
  • If you want us to collect goods from you, the charge will be £80 (inc.Vat) courier charge of collecting goods from you. Once the goods are received and inspected, we will issue a refund after deducting £80 (inc Vat) + £50 (inc. Vat) = Total £130 (inc.Vat). 
  • Collection of goods will be within 15 working days.
  • Refunds for all returned goods will be within 30 days.

Customer Placed incorrect order OR Goods can not be delivered due to access issues 

  • 10% (inc.Vat) of restocking charge of total order value.
  • £80 (inc. Vat) courier charge for returning goods from customer.
  • Refund for all return goods will be within 30 days.

It is customer’s responsibility to decide before purchase whether goods they are purchasing are suitable for them or not.

All damaged goods will be replaced with similar new goods. Replacement of damaged goods will be within 15 working days.

Consequential Losses – We will not be responsible for any damage incurred to a customer’s property by the couriers during the delivery or collection of their order. We will not be responsible for any financial loss to customer while waiting for their delivery or collection of goods.we or courier company will not be responsible for any damage done to delivered products inside customer’s property .It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods do not get damaged once inside customer’s property.

Following Items are non returnable:

  • Special size items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special order items.
  • Sprung edge Bases with or without Drawers.
  • Mattresses which have been taken out of their original packaging. To test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

All warranties are with manufacturers and any faulty item(s) have to be returned and checked for faults first before new item(s) are sent out. The customer initially pays for return delivery and if the item(s) are found to be faulty, we will issue a full refund for the delivery charges incurred and will send similar replacement product free of charge.

Failed Delivery

if customer is not at property on pre booked delivery date there will be minimum £40 re-delivery charge before courier can redeliver. Once delivery date is confirmed by text or phone with couriers and you want to alter it there will be minimum £40 re-delivery charge.If you want to cancel your order once delivery date is booked and courier have collected goods there will be £40 charge for us to get goods back from couriers.

Missing Items

All missing items or wrong delivery items must be reported with in 24hrs of receiving delivery.
