30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction.  If for some reason you will need to return or exchange, below are helpful procedures for you to follow to ensure timely and smooth transaction.

Customized items are non-returnable and can not be exchanged.  Customized items are jewelry you purchased with your special instructions like special color combination and custom ring sizes.

We inspect each jewelry upon arrival to us for any signs of wear, re-sizing, alterations in any way, scratches, marks or blemishes. In order to provide your refund or exchange, the merchandise must be undamaged and in new condition and the security tag that is on the jewelry must not be removed.

RETURNS
Because we made the jewelry for you based on your order specifications, we charge a small amount for processing fee. A minimum of $10 will be assessed as standard Return Processing Fee.  diViene monitors customer’s return frequency habit, or the amount or quantity of items returned or to be returned. Accordingly, a higher Return Processing Fee maybe assessed due to excessive returns.

It normally takes 3-4 weeks to process a return.  Original shipping cost is non-refundable.  All returns require RETURN AUTHORIZATION and you must follow the instructions/requirements provided below, otherwise, your return will not be accepted and your refund will not be processed:

1. Email us to request for Return Authorization#.  Once we receive your e-mail, you will receive an e-mail back from us with your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) within 24 hours (business day).

2. The security tag that is on the jewelry should not be removed or tampered.

3. The jewelry must be in new, un-worn and un-altered condition.

4. You must return within 30 days from the date of invoice.

5. Write the RA# outside the shipping box.

6. Pack the jewelry with all accessories, promotional items/gifts and wrapping as you originally received it with an invoice copy inside the original shipping carton.

7. Ship back the package via any carrier that is convenient to our address at:

8. Be sure to purchase insurance for the full amount of your returned package to protect you from possible damage or loss.  While in-transit back to us, your return package is your responsibility.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 30 days from the invoice date.  Before ordering the replacement item and before sending an item for exchange, you must:

1. Notify us by phone or e-mail about your reason for exchange.  You will receive an Exchange Authrization Number (EX#) within 24 hours.

2. The security tag that is on the jewelry should not be removed or tampered.

3. The  jewelry must be in new, un-worn and un-altered condition.

4. Pack the jewelry as you originally received it along with gift/promo items, wrapping, invoice copy and your Exchange Instruction if needed, inside the original shipping carton.

5. Write  the EX# outside the shipping box. If no number is written outside the box, it will be refused by our receiving center.

6. Through any convenient carrier, ship the package back to:

7. Be sure to purchase insurance for the full amount of your package to protect you from possible loss or damage.  While in-transit back to us, your exhange package is your responsibility.

Upon receipt of the item, please allow us about 2 weeks to process the exchange.
